It is interesting how people are reacting to social media as if it is a religion. There are fanatics, fervent believers, skeptics and heretics, worshipers and agnostics. But unlike religion, social media is factually based, and does not need faith, simply a realisation that the numbers add up.

The QR code has been around for a while now, but doesn't seem to have gained any traction in the market. Some companies, most notably Amazon, and specific apps for price comparison have used bar code readers, but the QR code is still for early adopters.
